Duties

Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions.
Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences.
Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers promptly.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met swiftly.
Conduct night audits when scheduled, balancing accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight.
Provide detailed information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience.
Manage guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and updating guest information as needed.
Skills
Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations.
Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Strong communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued.
Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
Knowledge of hotel management software and reservation systems.
Experience with night audit procedures is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail in record-keeping and reporting.
Familiarity with guest services standards within resort or hotel settings.
Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
