Front Desk and Cold Calling Representative
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Front Desk and Cold Calling Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our front desk and assisting with cold calling activities to help promote our products and services. As a Front Desk and Cold Calling Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will also be responsible for promoting our brand by reaching out to potential customers through cold calling.
Job Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scheduling appointments
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Conduct cold calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our company's services
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Attend team meetings and provide regular reports on your activities and progress
Other duties as assigned by management
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service or sales role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Education:
Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
