Job Summary
We are looking for a Front Desk Assistant to serve as our guest's first point of contact and manage all aspects of their accommodation. Should be smart, energetic and should have fluency in English with a flair for service. Should be an extrovert character as well. Salary will not be a constraint for the right candidate.
Responsibilities and Duties
Perform check-in and check-out.
Welcome guests upon arrival.
Provide information about the hotel, availability, rates and amenities.
Respond to guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Maintain updated records of booking and payment.
Qualifications and Skills
Work Experience as a Hoel Front Desk Agent, Receptionist or similar role.
Customer service attitude.
Communication and organizational skills.
A degree in hotel management is a plus.
Understanding of how travel planning website operates, like Booking.com, TripAdvisor, Expedia. Etc
