This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Desk Representative. The Front Desk Representative will be responsible for greeting and checking in guests, answering phone calls, handling reservations, providing excellent customer service, and effectively communicating with guests and other team members.
Qualifications
Excellent phone etiquette, receptionist duties, and customer service skills
Experience in handling reservations and managing guest inquiries
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in using computer systems and hotel management software
Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays
Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience
• Minimum 3 years plus work experience in hotel operations.
• Having a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management is preferable
