Role Description
This is an on-site full-time role for a Front Desk Attendant located in Mumbai. The Front Desk Attendant will be responsible for greeting and assisting guests, answering phone calls, managing reservations, performing check-in and check-out procedures, and handling guest inquiries and complaints. Additionally, the role involves clerical duties such as maintaining records, handling payments, and coordinating with other hotel departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
• Strong phone etiquette and receptionist duties skills
• Proficiency in clerical skills and maintaining records
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to handle guest inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Basic knowledge of reservation systems and payment handling
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
