Position: Front Desk Clerk (Weekend Shift: Saturdays and Sundays, 3 PM - 11 PM)
In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
This position also requires assisting with hotel laundry duties
Greet guests upon arrival, offering helpful information about the hotel's amenities and services
Check guests in and out, process payments, and manage reservations
Respond to phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist guests with requests or concerns during their stay to ensure satisfaction
Keep the front desk area clean, organized, and well-stocked
Assist with hotel laundry tasks, including operating washers and dryers, washing, folding, drying, and stocking inventory
Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs and exceed expectations
Must be available to work weekends (Saturdays and Sundays, 3 PM - 11 PM)
