Front Desk Concierge / Food Kiosk
Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for hospitality. Food & Beverage and Golf knowledge is an asset but not mandatory.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
Handle guest inquiries and provide information about our services, and amenities.
Maintain accurate records of tee time bookings using Lightspeed POS software.
Process payments and manage billing inquiries with precision.
Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
Utilize phone systems effectively to manage incoming calls and relay messages as needed.
Uphold hotel policies and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
Sales pertaining to Golf Retail, Membership and Food & Beverage.
Experience
Previous experience in a front desk or guest services role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences.
Proficiency in phone etiquette and handling multi-line phone systems.
A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Contract length: 7 months
Pay: $17.40-$18.40 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
