Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Front Desk Coordinator at BuildUP WorkSpaces in Gurugram. The Front Desk Coordinator will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as managing phone calls, greeting and assisting visitors, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative assistance in a professional and friendly manner.

• Knowledge of phone etiquette and ability to handle phone calls professionally
• Experience in appointment scheduling and coordination
• Familiarity with receptionist duties and customer service
• Ability to provide administrative assistance and support as needed

• Punctuality and reliability
• Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office
