• Job Description: Front Desk Coordinator**
- **Greeting and Assisting Visitors**: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring they feel welcome and directing them appropriately.
- **Answering Phone Calls**: Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate department, and take messages when necessary.
- **Scheduling Appointments**: Manage and coordinate appointments for staff and clients, ensuring smooth scheduling.
- **Administrative Support**: Perform various administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, organizing files, and handling mail and deliveries.
- **Customer Service**: Address customer inquiries and issues in a professional and timely manner, ensuring a high level of service.
- **Data Entry and Record-Keeping**: Maintain accurate records, logs, and databases, including visitor logs, appointments, and other relevant information.
- **Communication Liaison**: Facilitate communication between the office and other departments, ensuring the smooth flow of information.
- **Office Organization**: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
