Job Description
1) Attending phone calls and directing them to concerned person, taking proper
messages and forwarding it to the concerned person
2) Maintaining records of attendance, inwards and outwards register.
3) Collecting vouchers and verifying the contents and submitting to accounts team
4) Handling correspondence
5) Fixing and managing appointments for management
6) Maintaining staff and student records
7) Maintaining stationery registers and procuring and distributing the same
8) Checking bills like electricity, phone etc and ensuring timely payment
+) Maintaining AMC’s with various agencies
10) Maintaining fee registers and following up with parents
11) Corresponding with the school transport operators to ensure timely service
12) Arranging for any travel plans
13) Updating management on any repair/maintenance work needed
14) Ensuring formal atmosphere in the school reception area
15) Co-ordinating with other branch offices/ departments for administration work
16) Supervising and managing school helpers like aayas etc.
17) Daily monitoring of the premises to ensure clean and hygienic surroundings
18) Petty Cash entry

20) Expenses Provisions entries
21) Salary Provision
22) Sales & Purchase Invoice
23) Handling day to day Banking Activity
24) Bank Related work(RTGS/NEGT/Other)
25) Maintain proper record of Attendance of employee
26) Prepare Salary of the Employees
27) Prepare Salary slip of the Employees
28) Generate Offer / Appointment Letter of New Employees
2+) Maintain leaves records via excel and manually
30) Identify and co-ordinate with vendors to take quotation
31) Prepare Comparison Sheet
32) Check Progress Report
33) Office management
34) Camera checking
35) Maintain proper record of Cash Payments
36) Mail Drafting
