Front Desk Customer Service Representative
Our service provider company is seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Front Desk Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welcoming customers and providing them with exceptional service by answering their queries, noting down customer and product details, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Note down customer and product details with accuracy.
- Answer customer inquiries, resolve complaints and escalate issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Conduct market research and promote our products and services at some small marketplaces.
- Maintain a neat and tidy front desk area and assist with administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the company's products, services, and policies.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.

Working Hours: The working hours for this role are from 10 am to 8 pm, with a lunch break in the afternoon.
