• Our Principal Directors are qualified Solicitors and Immigration Lawyers with extensive experience in providing immigration services.

Roles & responsibilities
• Be based at the front desk
• Welcome Clients/Candidates - greet everyone who enters. This action sets up a positive interaction that reflects well on the company
• Answer Phones - In addition to serving on-site guests, front office executives take care of incoming calls. They provide basic information, such as hours of operation or directions to the place, and direct other inquiries to the appropriate staff member.
• Signing in and out guests
• General Office Upkeep - Perform routine clerical and administrative jobs, such as sorting mail, filing, entering data, printing & scanning docs and signing for packages.
• Collecting Payment & preparing client consultation files
• Managing inventories of office supplies and ordering as required
• Supervising and managing house keeping and admin staff
• Assisting with any other tasks as directed
Skills:
• Interpersonal skills - patience, listening, and communicating are all people skills a front office executive must tap into while assisting guests
• Multitasking - handling phones, dealing with visitors, and responding to staff requests requires the ability to juggle a variety of things at the same time
• Discretion - front office execs need to be trustworthy and respect confidentiality
• Personable, good English speaking skills, familiarity with word, excel, PowerPoint, outlook
