Overview:
As a Front Desk Executive at Ratna Group - India, you will be the first point of contact for clients,
visitors, and staff. You will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression of our
company and providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include managing
incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling inquiries, and providing administrative support to
various departments within the organization.
Responsibilities:
> Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
> Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or individuals.
> Provide information about the company, its services, and available properties to clients and
visitors.
> Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
> Maintain visitor logs and ensure all visitors sign in and sign out accordingly.
> Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for staff members.
> Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and coordinating courier
services as needed.
> Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
> Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning
documents.
> Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer
service delivery.
> Assist in coordinating special events, meetings, and presentations as required.
> Uphold company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and security protocols.
Qualifications:
> High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or
administration is a plus.
> Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or similar role, preferably in the real
estate industry.
> Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
> Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
> Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients, visitors, and
staff.
> Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
> Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
> Customer-focused attitude with a commitment to providing high-quality service.
> Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
> Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and responsibilities.
> Knowledge of real estate terminology and practices is desirable but not required.
