Key Responsibilities:
Reception Duties:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
Answer and route phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
Manage visitor log and issue visitor badges as required.
Administrative Support:
Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Operational Coordination:
Liaise with various departments to address and resolve any visitor or employee issues.
Assist with organizing and coordinating company events and meetings.
Health and Safety:
Ensure the front desk and reception area is well-maintained, clean, and organized.
Adhere to and promote health and safety standards within the office environment
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
