Designation – Front Desk Admin
Job Description –
· Attending calls and take complete details of caller before transferring/responding to the caller
· Maintain Inward/Outward Register
· Maintain Courier Register - Acknowledgement slip
· Drivers Duty
· Keep a record of Office Boys Outdoor duty register and attendance
· Handling all Office & other Utility bills (Mobile, Telephone, Electricity, Gas bills etc.)
· Responsible for all Office Equipment regular servicing, maintenance and repairing as when required (Telephone, EPABX, AC, Vehicle servicing, Access Control, Fridge, TV, Tata Sky and any other) also look after renewals of all AMCs.
· New Recruitments - Placement, Job portals, CVs, summary, interview, etc
· To monitor and ensure good Housekeeping at office and reporting in case of any discrepancies, handling the payment to agency.
· Travel/Hotels booking when required
Female Candidate required with good English communication
Exp. – 2 to 4 years.
