Front Desk Executive
Roles and Responsibilities
Excellent telephone courtesy, able to handle incoming calls and handled caller's inquiries, and passed on telephone fax messages.
Responsible for Greeted, and directing guests, and visitors.
Able to coordinate with HR in various fun activities.
Reception Management.
Proven experience as front desk representative, agent or relevant position
Familiarity with office machines (e.g. fax, printer etc.)
Knowledge of office management and Report and file management.
Proficient in English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word)
Strong communication and people skills
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Problem-solving skills
Customer service orientation
Able to call and coordinate with HR for recruitment.

Graduate by any stream.
