Job Title: Front Desk Executive - full time
Job Summary:
The Front Desk Executive at Center for Mental Health (CMH) Pune, is the first line of communication between a client and the mental health practitioner (Clinical/Counselling Psychologist/Psychiatrist). They are the first representative of CMH, telephonically and in-person at the CMH office.
Primary roles and responsibilities -
Receiving and responding to all incoming phone calls, WhatsApp or text messages as well as emails. Noting down queries and resolving them
1. Providing primary information to the potential client enquiries telephonically and in-person
2. Guiding clients about the relevant policies and processes as well as assisting them with the booking system as required telephonically and in-person
3. Troubleshooting any booking related difficulties or concerns of the clients independently or with help of the tech team, as appropriate telephonically and in-person
4. Assisting clients and therapists / MHPs with all backend support (like manual appointment booking from the backend system, blocking calendars etc. as needed) telephonically and in-person
5. Receiving and welcoming all visitors at the Center for Mental Health, routing them to the concerned MHP according to their appointment
Academic Qualification:
Minimum qualification should be a graduate degree in social sciences. Psychology graduates will be given preference. Freshers are welcome.
Technical Skills:
Being skilled in Microsoft office
Comfort with handling backend software
Professional communication skills over calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Soft Skills:
Candidate must have excellent communication and articulation skills, and should be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Marathi is a plus.
Candidate must have excellent customer service and people skills,
Ability to multitask and stay organised
Needs to have a polite, warm, empathetic and patient demeanour.
Should be open to learning, and receiving feedback for the training (provided at the Center).
Should be punctual, disciplined, timely and prompt.
Training will be provided for application of technical and soft skills as per CMH norms
Salary as per market standards.
