Greet and welcome guests/visitors as soon as they arrive at the office.
Attending the walk in students and assisting their queries.
Attending incoming and outgoing calls.
Maintaining records and the other roles related to front office & Administration.
Responsible for office cleanliness, and other administration work.
Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
Handle housekeeping staff
Handle accounts of the company like invoice making.journal entries
GST filing
