This role will be very hands-on in all aspects of the operations of the Inn
Welcome guests in a friendly professional manner
Process guest check-in and check-out services
Offer assistance with luggage and ****** guests to their rooms when necessary
Prepare and break down daily complimentary Continental Breakfast
Manage reservations and assist guests with any special requests
Maintain an immaculate and welcoming atmosphere in common areas
Assist with Concierge Services
Set up and breakdown of Apres Ski services during the winter
Common area maintenance and cleaning
Coordinate with staff to ensure smooth operations
Basic computer skills, maintain accurate records of guest information
Professionalism and discretion are essential

About us

Grand Opening, June 2024 of our completely renovated Boutique Hotel. We offer a welcoming atmosphere, featuring 12 guest rooms, outdoor porches, hot tub, backyard space and fire tables all nestled along the beautiful Eagle River. We are seeking Front Desk Agents to help us provide exceptional hospitality, service, and amenities. The Inn is the perfect setting for guests to “Relax, Reconnect, Recreate, and Rejuvenate”

Located in the heart of Minturn, CO, the Inn is surrounded by the world-class ski and summer resorts of Vail, Beaver Creek, Arrowhead

Position: Front Desk Hospitality Agent (Full & Part-time available)

The ideal candidate will be friendly and outgoing with excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask and trouble shoot. Knowledge of the local area to provide information and recommendations about local attractions, dining options and activities to enhance guest experience is a plus. This role will be very hands-on in all aspects of the operations of the Inn.
