Greetings from Galaxy International Group Of Companies !!! We are hiring a BAR TENDER for our 3 Star Hotel, Galaxy Luxuria in Gangtok, Sikkim. Roles:
• Welcoming customers, reading and listening to people to determine beverage preferences, making recommendations, and taking drink orders.
• Planning drink menus and informing customers about new beverages and specials.
• Selecting and mixing ingredients, garnishing glasses, and serving beverages to customers.
• Checking identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.
• Taking inventory and ordering supplies to ensure bar and tables are well-stocked.
• Adhering to all food safety and quality regulations.
• Handling cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charges are accurate and returning correct change to patrons, balancing the cash register.
• Developing new cocktail recipes.
• Evaluating Bar performance and ensuring compliance with health and safety rules.
Experience : 2 years in Bartending mandatory Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: +15,000.00 - +18,000.00 per month Benefits:

Job description
We are hiring for an experienced Female Front Office Manager who will be able to effectively handle the Front desk. * Experienced in Front Office Managing field * * Only local residents of Gangtok, Sikkim apply * :
• Defining and implementing front desk objectives and procedures.
• Hiring and training staff and managing the shift schedules.
• Tending to guests' complaints and questions and providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized.
• Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment. Managing budgets, records, and contracts.
• Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, and emails.
• Conducting performance reviews with the front desk staff.
• Generating reports and feedback for presentation to the general manager.
• Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records, among others, as needed.
Salary : 12k - 16k per month Experience : 1 year - 2 years Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Salary: +12,000.00 - +16,000.00 per month Benefits:
