Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Front Desk officer to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for key tasks such as morning key allocation to employees,

meeting and greeting new candidates and vendors or clients, and ensuring candidates arriving for interviews are promptly lined up to meet with HR.

Assist HR in recruiting by lining up and scheduling interviews, particularly during monthly badge cycles.

Punctuality and professionalism are key traits we are looking for in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Allocate keys to employees at the start of the day.

2. Greet and assist visitors, candidates, vendors, and clients.

3. Coordinate with HR to ensure smooth interview processes for candidates.

4. Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment.

5. Answer and redirect incoming calls as needed.

6. Assist in administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

4. Professional demeanor and appearance.
