About the role
This is a traditional reception /customer service role, with the call volume similar to that of a Call Centre. You will be expected to manage in a warm and friendly manner 100-120 calls per day.
You will be a key member of our National reception / administration team, the first point of contact for the organisation and responsible for answering incoming phone queries relating to mortgage settlements from Brokers, Solicitors, Conveyancers, Banks and Borrowers.
Your key responsibilities will include;
Handling a high volume of calls;
Greet and assist visitors in the collection and drop off of legal documents;
Assist with outgoing and incoming mail and deliveries;
Keep the reception area tidy and organised;
Perform administrative tasks such as inventory stock, data entry and liaising with external suppliers.
Assist the back office in various tasks, including audit of loan documents, processing mail / TOLL.

Experience with mortgages, finance, Legal or Conveyancing environment is essential;
Experience working in a high volume processing environment is helpful;
Experience working with deadlines and time frames specified with Service Level Agreements will be required
