Patient Registration: Collecting and updating patient information, creating and maintaining records.
Appointment Scheduling: Managing appointments, coordinating with doctors, and sending reminders.
Handling Phone Calls: Answering calls, directing them to the appropriate staff, and taking messages.
Patient Check-in and Check-out: Verifying patient information, managing paperwork, and processing payments.
Maintaining Patient Records: Updating and organizing both electronic and paper-based records.
Insurance Verification: Confirming insurance details and assisting with claims.
Billing and Payment Collection: Processing bills, collecting payments, and providing payment information.
Customer Service: Providing information, directions, and general assistance to patients and visitors.
