Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team. This role is essential in providing excellent customer service and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As the first point of contact for visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment.

Hours: Part Time

Flexible between 10:00AM - 7:00PM Monday - Saturday

Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls with exceptional phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
Handle invoices and scheduling returning clients.
Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is clean and welcoming.
Utilize booking system for scheduling and data entry.
Provide information about services, products, and promotions to customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient front desk operations.
Requirements

Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
Experience in retail sales or technical sales is preferred but not required.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Working proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional qualifications are a plus.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $23.00-$30.00 per hour
