Job Description
The Front Desk & Admin Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a positive and professional experience. The role also involves handling daily administrative tasks, supporting office operations, and assisting various departments to ensure smooth functioning within the organization.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk Management
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and employees in a professional manner.
Manage the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls promptly.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle inquiries and provide appropriate information or direct them to the concerned department.
Administrative Support
Manage incoming and outgoing courier, mail, and deliveries.
Maintain and update staff contact lists, attendance sheets, and other admin records.
Assist in procurement of office supplies, stationery, and housekeeping materials.
Coordinate with vendors, housekeeping, and facility teams for smooth operations.
Support HR and Admin teams with documentation, filing, and data entry.
Assist in scheduling meetings, booking conference rooms, and arranging refreshments when required.
Office Coordination
Ensure office equipment (printer, telephone, projectors, etc.) is in working condition; raise service requests when required.
Monitor and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety across the office premises.
Assist in organizing office events, celebrations, and employee engagement activities.
Keep track of stock inventory and maintain monthly consumption reports.
Other Responsibilities
Support new employee onboarding by helping with ID cards, seating arrangements, and basic induction.
Follow company policies, confidentiality guidelines, and maintain professionalism at all times.
Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
