Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and manage walk-ins, reservations, and waiting lists
Handle incoming phone calls, inquiries, and basic customer requests
Coordinate with service and management teams to ensure smooth guest seating
Maintain accurate reservation records and guest information
Manage guest flow during peak hours to minimize wait times
Address guest concerns politely and escalate issues to management when required
Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable
Assist with special requests, events, or promotions as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 0.5–1 year of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role (hospitality preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with reservation or POS systems (preferred)
Must be of legal working age
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.56 per month
