Ten 11 Hospitality is looking for a smart, presentable, and guest-focused Front Office / Sales Executive to manage guest coordination, walk-ins, and sales support at our Inej Digital Lounge, Mumbai.
Position Details
Role: Front Office Executive / Sales Executive
Experience: 1–4 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma in Hotel Management preferred
Industry: Hospitality Lounge Front Office Sales
Job Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests professionally
Handle guest enquiries, reservations & walk-ins
Support lounge sales activities and membership promotion
Coordinate with operations team for smooth guest experience
Maintain front desk records, guest data & basic reporting
Handle billing coordination and POS support (if required)
Ideal Candidate Profile
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality with professional grooming
Basic sales knowledge and guest-handling experience
Comfortable with targets, upselling & customer interaction
Willingness to work in shifts
Job Location
Mumbai – Inej Digital Lounge
Working Days: 6 days a week
Salary: Best in Industry + Incentives + Meals
