Job Description
We are looking for a Front Office Receptionist to the manage front desk. We are looking for a pleasing personality who welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries. Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.
Responsible for providing secretarial, clerical and administrative support
Receive, direct and relay telephone
Maintain Complete Data - Customers, Staff, Business Clients etc
Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence
Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings and conferences.
To call clients and inform them about the company products and arrange for client visit
To continuously monitor and maintain cordial relationship with clients, customers and staff., Attending Telephone Calls & Visitors.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher, Internship, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
