Essential: Fluency in English speaking and computers basics
The ideal candidate should be presentable, anexcellent communicator, strong at sales, friendly, and clean appearance, keen and dynamic.
Work Description
Responsible for answering all the incoming calls
Greeting clients/visitors/guests
Arranging consultation appropriately in respective rooms
Managing couriers dispatch to clients
Daily entries in software of clients, visitors, procedures
Coordinating with vendors/suppliers
Documentation etc. work in Microsoft Word , Excel, PPT
Maintaining Whatsapp messaging and updates
Billing, giving receipts, managing accounts etc.
