Are you passionate about hospitality and have a knack for managing online bookings? MJ Funcity Water Park and Resort is looking for a Receptionist who is well-versed in handling online booking portals like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and other popular platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Manage and coordinate guest bookings from various online travel agencies (OTAs).
2.Provide excellent customer service to all our guests, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
3.Maintain and update booking records in our system.
4.Assist guests with queries related to their bookings, both online and offline.
5.Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
6.Work closely with other departments to provide a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
1.Proficiency in using online travel portals like MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and others.
2.Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
3.Experience in customer service or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
4.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
5.Basic knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.
