Duties
Greet and welcome customers as they arrive at the office.
Manage incoming calls and respond to inquiries with professionalism.
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized calendar for the office.
Perform data entry tasks accurately, ensuring customers records are up-to-date.
Handle filing and organization of customer's documents and office supplies.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar clerical role.
Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
Proficiency in Microsoft applications (Outlook, Excel, Teams and Calendar).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience as a accounting receptionist or in a accounting office is a plus.
Strong data entry skills with an emphasis on accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding customers information.
