Full job description

Reception

1. Welcoming guests and clients, and instruct office boy to offer them water & tea/coffee.

2. Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls to the appropriate person.

3. Helping in sorting all landline & WIFI issues.

4. Co-ordination with Office boy for office/washroom/ pantry/ cafeteria cleaning.

5. Location & Address guide to porters.

6. Preparing corriers & Envelops.

7. Stock update of Kitchen / washroom.

Coordination

1. Location & Address guide to porters.

2. Coordination with Store manager for any missing invoice & docket twice a week.

Data Entry

1. Recording of Sales Bills, invoice & Billty.

2. Filling of Purchase bills & Stamping them & arrange in Date wise sequence.

3. Recording details of any corriers & envelops in/out.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
