Job description, work day and responsibilities

1st Place Management in is looking for one front desk agent to join our strong team. We are located on 4300 Snappfinger Woods Drive, Decatur GA 30035. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities
• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and screen phone calls
• Organize and schedule meetings as needed
• Maintaining office cleanliness and organization of resources

Qualifications
• Proven experience working as a front desk agent or similar position
• Knowledge of spreadsheets and word processing documents
• Excellent customer service skills and courteous phone manner
• Time-management and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:
• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Night shift
• Overnight shift
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:
• Hotel experience: 2 years (Required)
