Front Desk Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees with a positive and professional demeanour.

• Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate personnel, taking messages when necessary.

• Manage the front desk, including maintaining a clean and organized reception area.

• Schedule and confirm appointments for clients and agents.

• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing correspondence.

• Handle inquiries and provide information about the firm's services and properties.

• Coordinate and distribute mail, packages, and deliveries.

• Assist with maintaining office supplies and inventory.

• Support the real estate team with various tasks and projects as needed.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 per month
