Front Desk Receptionist – Holistic Wellness Clinic
Mississauga, ON | Erin Mills Optimum Health
Part-time | $18–$20/hour to start (with potential for pay increases)
Erin Mills Optimum Health is a busy, multidisciplinary wellness clinic offering chiropractic, massage therapy, acupuncture, naturopathy, and more. We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist to join our team and help create a calm, organized, and welcoming experience for our clients.
This is a part-time position with room to grow. If you're friendly, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks with a smile, we'd love to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and manage check-in/check-out procedures
Book and coordinate appointments for multiple practitioners
Answer phone calls and emails, respond to inquiries
Process payments, handle insurance paperwork, and complete daily administrative duties
Learn and memorize clinic-specific procedures and practitioner preferences
Maintain a calm and professional front desk environment in a fast-paced setting
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
Strong memory and attention to detail
Friendly, reliable, and genuinely interested in holistic health
Previous front desk or administrative experience (especially in a healthcare/wellness setting)
Tech-savvy with comfort using scheduling systems
Assets That Will Make You Stand Out:
Experience working in a wellness or chiropractic clinic
Familiarity with OCA Aspire (chiropractic scheduling software)
Experience handling MVA (Motor Vehicle Accident) and WSIB (Workplace Safety & Insurance Board) cases
Position Details:
Part-time (evenings and/or weekends may be required)
Starting pay: $18–$20/hour, based on experience
Performance-based raises available
