We are looking for candidates able to work full-time hours from 8am-5pm Monday-Friday or part-time hours from 8am-12:30pm or 12:30pm-5pm Monday-Friday
Offer a warm welcome to guests, setting the stage for an exceptional visit
Master the art of first impressions, managing the reception area to ensure a seamless, inviting experience for visitors and staff alike
Be the go-to for incoming calls, guiding inquiries with poise and professionalism
Take charge of administrative tasks, from managing mail to keeping our office supplies and documents meticulously organized
Lead initiatives to enhance our office environment, demonstrating creativity and a keen eye for detail
Support our team with scheduling, documentation, and coordination, proving your prowess in multitasking and prioritization
