Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a receptionist at Chalets Naldehra, Naldehra, Shimla. The candidate will be responsible for receptionist duties, clerical work, communication via phone call or email, and providing exceptional customer service to guest. Daily work including welcoming and assisting guests, check in & check out, billing, managing reservations, handling inquiries via phone call or email, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
