A reputable accounting firm located on St Kilda Road are looking for a cheerful and motivated receptionist to join their team. This unique opportunity offers the chance to further develop your reception skills. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure into the accounting industry too!



Responsibilities:

Answering the phone and transferring calls appropriately
Greeting and signing in guests of the firm
Receiving, scanning, and distributing a high volume of incoming mail and packages
Maintain the front desk and reception area
Additional administrative tasks to include copying, filing etc
Support the overall team process


Requirements:

A bubbly and friendly personality
Must be comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Must possess excellent attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills required
Previous experience in a busy law or accounting firm or other professional environment is preferable
Proficient knowledge of MS Office Suite required
Demonstrated ability to multi-task
Strong organizational and time management skills are extremely important
Must be a self-motivated team player committed to excellence in the workplace
