Welcoming and Greeting Clients: Providing a warm and professional welcome to all visitors.
Answering Phone Calls: Answering and forwarding calls promptly and professionally.
Managing Appointments: Scheduling, confirming, and reminding clients of appointments.
Front Desk Operations: Handling cash transactions, managing billing, and processing orders.
Customer Service: Responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a Clean Reception Area: Keeping the reception area tidy, organized, and visually appealing.
Administrative Support: Assisting with general office tasks, such as filing, sorting mail, and managing supplies.
Sales Support: Assisting customers with product information and making sales.
Security: Providing security by directing visitors and issuing visitor badges.
Skills and Qualifications:
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Basic computer skills for managing appointments and other administrative tasks.
Ability to handle cash transactions and manage billing processes.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Patience and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Experience in a retail or customer service setting, particularly in the jewelry industry, is preferred.
