Key Responsibilities:
1. To maintain reception area as per company standard.
To ensure Guest Management. Greet, assist and direct Company staff & visitors to the appropriate staff member.
Access card allotment to visitors ,employee ,contractual staff, interns ,retainers as per requirement
To ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization.
Reconciliation of access cards given to employees.
2. Telephone Management
To answer telephone, screen and direct calls to the respective recipients.
To provide information and solve queries of the callers.
To be updated of the various past & upcoming projects of the company
Sending & receiving couriers, maintaining the courier registers.
To Dispatch Official letters, scanning of documents and sending & receiving
To maintain database of contacts for Vendors, Agencies and Contactors, other production houses.
3. Office Management
Timely update of emergency contact list & tie up with local Doctors.
Support to the Administrative department in all miscellaneous work
To ensure the First – Aid box is available on the respective floors.
To work extensively on Excel, Word, Occasional work (as per requirement)
Booking Conference Room/ Meeting rooms/Edit Rooma as well as maintaining records for the same.
Handling all meeting arrangements including lunch/snacks, projector, etc.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
