Front Desk Receptionist
We have 3 locations and are looking for a customer serviced based professional who is in front-line contact with the our customers and must be professional, friendly and quick thinking. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answers all incoming calls and determine book our clients with our staff in the most efficient manner.
To be able to navigate scheduled appointments and walk-ins with consistent flow and time management.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information regarding services offered
Directing customers to other our other channels; website, our other locations with clear and understandable directions.
Able to plan ahead, make best judgement to handle multiple customers appointments with good time consistently appointed to our staff.
Training will be Provided.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills and customer service, including written and verbal skills to communicate with all levels
Understanding of math basics and able to calculate total cash values at end shift with confidence with no errors
Able to use POS system, calculate and handle cash in an orderly fashion and understand math basics
