Job Description
1.Greeting & Customer Service:
- Welcome guests, clients, and employees in a friendly and professional manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly.
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in person, providing accurate information.
2. Administrative Support:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation as needed.
3. Office Maintenance:
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable.
- Monitor and manage office supplies inventory; place orders when necessary.
- Coordinate with maintenance and IT for any office equipment issues.
Qualifications & Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk representative, or in customer service.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
