Full job description
Responsibilities:

Manage courier services, including receiving and dispatching packages, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate travel arrangements for national and international trips, including visa processing for destinations like China and the USA. This includes arranging train tickets as needed.
Oversee guest house accommodations, including booking reservations, maintaining cleanliness, and addressing guest inquiries and concerns. Also, manage guest food arrangements as and when required.
Assist with various administrative tasks, scheduling appointments, and responding to phone calls and emails.
Maintain a database of credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Maintain a daily consumable items list, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Provide general administrative support to staff and visitors, including directing inquiries and assisting with office-related tasks as needed.
Coordinate other administrative tasks during festive times, ensuring smooth operations.
Location- Ujjain.

Requirements:

Experience: Experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities are essential.
Female candidates preferred: Preference will be given to female candidates for this position.
