We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As a Night Front Desk Associate at FirstService Residential, you will work independently without direct supervision, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our residential community.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet residents, guests, and service providers, and check them in/out.
Accurately maintain daily logs, records, and forms.
Demonstrate excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Monitor and operate electronic security control systems.
Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalency.
College-level courses in business or hospitality are preferred.
Two to three years of business experience are preferred.
Proficiency in computer software and hardware.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Physical Demands:
Lifting up to 50 pounds.
Prolonged standing and sitting.
Frequent handling, grasping, and lifting.
Vision and hearing requirements.
