Handle Administrative Duties: Manage and organize front desk operations, including sorting mail, managing schedules, and maintaining office supplies
Manage Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms as necessary
Maintain Security Protocols: Monitor visitor access, issue visitor badges, and ensure compliance with company security policies
Assist with Client Relations: Provide general support to clients and visitors, ensuring a positive and seamless experience
Manage Office Appearance: Ensure the front desk area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures)
Coordinate with Other Departments: Communicate and coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient front desk operations
Handle Special Projects: Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned by management
