Female candidates with a good personality and excellent communication skills in English and local languages to coordinate indoor branch sales and service activities.

To monitor and manage the day-to-day business by coordinating with field executives, Technical staff, admin/accounts at the HO level, and Principal Company.

Identifying and developing business opportunities with new and existing customers by utilizing your product and service knowledge.

Evaluate customers’ needs and suggest appropriate solutions.

Ensures quality standards are maintained for retail storefront, pre-sale, and post-sale customer support.

Should provide a concise description of the products and services to the customers and also drawing attention to the benefits of the available services.

Carry out price negotiations with the customers on behalf of the organization to reach a favourable agreement for both.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Assist other sales and services teams when required.

Requirement:

1. Good geographical knowledge of Navi Mumbai and a willingness to learn and grow the business.

2. Should have good knowledge of MS Excel and Word.

Experience:

2 years in Sales and customer service or related field. (Minimum)

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹, 2,64,000 - ₹3,60,000 per year
