We are looking for a sales-minded front desk staff for a growing private practice.
No prior experience in the mental health industry is needed, but a confident attitude and a willingness to be on virtual consults with customers is required.
We are looking for a warm friendly person who is not looking to make a hard sell but will take time learning about and explaining services.
The goal is to help clients work out if this is the right service for them. A chatty person who likes talking to people will enjoy this job.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Picking up 30 calls per day to build and manage lead development pipeline
• Prospecting new leads and accounts using existing databases and phone calls
• Working with prospective patients, explain pricing, services, and costs before and after out-of-network benefits
• Explaining concierge-type services.
• Studying the Company’s website to educate yourself about our services to better answer questions from potential patients
• Answering queries in an empathetic and knowledgeable manner.
• Answer chatbot and email enquires in real-time to maximize the chance of signing up new patients
• Call back inbound leads
• Maintain lists and trackers
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Excellent communication skills in writing, speaking, listening
• Monitor and utilize all relevant promotional literature as part of the sales process
• Demonstrates an ability to quickly understand business and sales processes
• Intellectually curious and strives to continuously improve business acumen
• Studies cutting-edge sales and marketing activities across channels
• Experience in a sales or customer-facing environment is preferable
• A real desire to challenge yourself to succeed and exceed targets
