Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for Front Desk Staff located in Dehradun, Nainital, Dharamshala, Leh . The Front Desk Staff will greet and assist guests upon arrival, handle check-ins and check-outs efficiently, respond to phone calls and emails, address guest inquiries, process payments, and maintain the front desk area. This role also includes managing reservations, coordinating with housekeeping, and providing general support to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Customer Service and Communication skills
• Computer Literacy
• Communication skill should be good.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in Hospitality Management are beneficial
• 1- 5 Years of experience required . Freshers can also apply
• Salary up to 14k -25k plus PF
