Specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of skin disorders and skin cancer, our practice has been serving the community for over fifty years. We offer a state-of-the-art dermatopathology laboratory in Savannah for efficient diagnostic services to our practitioners and the others.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site job as a Front Desk Staff at Georgia Dermatopathology Laboratory in Savannah, GA. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for phone etiquette, receptionist duties, customer service, communication with dermatologists, dermatopathologists, other practitioner and staff, as well as patients. Computer literacy tasks to support administrative functions at the front desk is necessary.
Qualifications
• Phone Etiquette, Receptionist Duties, and Customer Service skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Computer Literacy proficiency
• Experience with laboratory or medical procedures in general is a plus
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification is a plus
