Responsibilities
Front Desk Clerk Pay: $17 - $18 Schedule: Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Sometimes Saturday) Position Overview: The Front Desk Assistant will organize and coordinate office administration and procedures, ensuring organizational effectiveness and efficiency
Position Description: Welcomes and directs visitors greeting them and making them feel welcome
Answer phone calls and route these calls to the desired department
Perform clerical duties including typing, filing, and completion of simple forms
Will be planning and organizing corporate events for staff
Coordinate maintenance of office equipment as needed
Handle outgoing shipping as needed for office staff
Sorts incoming mail and delivers to appropriate department or individual; processes outgoing mail by close of business daily
Will be maintaining inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed
Ensure office supply room is always organized
Ensure employee break room is keep tidy
Assist with office lunch orders as needed
Responds to and resolve administrative inquiries and questions
Coordinates and schedules travel, meetings, and appointments for staff as needed
Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings.Copies, sorts, and files records related to office activities, business transactions, and other matters
Prepares letters, memos, forms, and reports according to written or verbal instructions
Note : The front desk clerk will also assist the president of the company with the company tours Some times they can be after 5 pm or Saturdays
